Solange adds to the discourse surrounding Bill Murray amid ‘Being Mortal’ scandal
The film will arrive on Netflix in December 2019.
The ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ star, 63, admitted late last week that his wife of more than 30 years had been diagnosed with terminal colon cancer in July. He and Moceanu, who have three children together, have been in close contact with each other since his diagnosis.
‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ star Bill Murray and director Peter were at the ‘In Conversation with Moceanu’ event after their show at New York’s Public Radio Festival on Tuesday night, where they talked about their movie.
The ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ star added: ‘She is in fact cancer-free. She is living with the disease. She is doing great. She’s doing very well. She is a strong, loving, caring woman who is very much her own person. And I have to say I really feel that we all really love having her back in the family.’
Bill Murray is in ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ as the villain Thanos, who is also voiced by him. The actor will next be seen in ‘Hobbs and Shaw’ in which he will play a hard-nosed FBI agent who befriends a mentally challenged suspect from an early in his life.
Murray did not attend the ‘In Conversation with Moceanu’ event on Tuesday night because he is on a family holiday in Italy before returning to his New York home to undergo an operation.
