For over three years, Serena Williams has been the top female tennis player in the world, and she is very much in demand for the next ten years. However, there have been some major ups and down in her career. Most famously, Williams was accused of rape and sexual assault in 2014. While she denied the allegation, she subsequently lost five of her matches, and went out of the World No. 1 position. Even more devastating was the revelation that she had tested positive for drugs in 2012. A drug test was conducted on her in 2014 to find out the extent of the contamination, but the results were not conclusive, and she returned to the top 10. Finally, in June she was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in her ovaries.
